It's okay if I don't have a quick answer to every problem.
It's okay if I'm unable to always foresee everything.
It's okay if I'm not perfect and make mistakes.
I keep trying.

I'm learning to let go of worrying.
I can always replace worrying with constructive action.
Worrying about a problem is the real problem.
Doing something about it will make a difference.

I give myself credit for what I have done.
I do the best I can based on what I know,
and who I am.
