One life to live

Each day my life is filled with wonders and magic.

I have a life.
I have one life.
I have this life.
Why waste time being unhappy?
I could worry about things I can't change
and waste a lot of time and energy on them.

Or, I can concentrate on the good stuff.

I do acknowledge negative thoughts and feelings
but then I return to my own positive focus.

I may feel compassion for others' problems
but I choose to be responsible for myself.

I am my own person, running along my own path,
but thank you for sharing my journey sometimes.
