- Defensiveness is a natural response to attack.
But part of being spiritual is becoming
conscious
of habitual behaviors and changing them
if they are counter-productive.
So I deliberately choose my actions.
I am a natural problem-solver. I work
with others who want to work with me.
I create harmony. I work for balance.
