Sometimes, I can fly.
Other times, I may envy an inchworm its progress.

Unexpected obstacles are hardest to take, but I
believe that challenges and changes are growth.

Yes, loss is painful, but it does not wipe out gain.

I gained so much this year from what others shared with me -
listening, instruction, consideration, knowledge, and love.
And I gained so much this year from what I shared with others -
strength, flexibility, weakness, resistance, and good will.

I accept that I am a stronger person
today and every day
because of my life's circumstances,
and I am grateful for that.

Today I will accept what crosses my path
with dignity and respect.

Today I will accept who follows my path
with dignity and respect.

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
